Dear Parents/Guardians-
We are off and running to another terrific year! It was wonderful to see so many families at our Back to School Celebration on the first day of school. The teachers have been excited to get back in the classroom and are well prepared to challenge your child intellectually, while making it enjoyable. I am looking forward to a great year. Please know Mr. LeMahieu and I am available to discuss any feedback about our school. It is important to us that we are the best virtual school in the state.
WCA will have monthly Late Starts on the second Wednesday of each month. This means teachers will not be available until 10:30 a.m. During this time, we meet in grade level and subject level bands to discuss student progress and the curriculum.
Every month I will publish a newsletter. All newsletters will be emailed to you and posted in the virtual library once they are ready.
I want to make you aware that even though you may receive an email in your personal email account from Connexus, this is only a copy of what the teacher sent prompting you to log into Connexus. Do not reply to this email from your personal account as the teachers and I do not receive the response. You will need to log into Connexus and respond.
