Field Trip Reminders

Please be sure that you are adhering to the following field trip procedures.
  • Only immediate family members may attend a field trip with a WCA student.  This includes father, mother, grandparents and siblings both WCA and non-WCA.
  • Registration and payment are due by the deadline posted in the field trip posting.  We cannot guarantee that tickets and spots will be available if we do not receive payment by the deadline.
  • You must sign up for the field trips.  We cannot allow families to just show up due to the fact many field trips have limits.
  • Arrive on time.  We often must start the field trip at a specific time and we are not able to wait for late  arrivals.
  • If you sign up for a field trip and cannot attend due an emergency (sickness, car trouble, etc.), let us know as soon as possible by calling the school (920) 993-7076 press 0.
  • Payment for field trips is non-refundable.
  • These are school sponsored events.  Therefore, no tobacco or consumption of alcohol is permitted per Appleton Area School District Board policy.
