March: Principal's Message

Dear Parents/Guardians-

It is hard to believe that spring is just around the corner and the school year is almost three quarters complete.  March 26 marks the midpoint to the semester.  Progress reports will be released no later than Friday, April 9.

By now, families with students in grades 3-10 should have received at least one mailing in regards to state testing.  If you have not, please contact the school at 920-993-7076.  As the testing season approaches, more information and/or reminders will be forthcoming.  Please keep in mind that these assessments are required as the tests are mandated by state law.

As a reminder the open enrollment window opened in February. If you know of anyone that is interested in enrolling their child(ren) for the upcoming 2021 - 2022 school year, please make sure that they know of the open enrollment  process.  This is also a reminder that open enrollment equals continuous enrollment and there is no need for you to reapply each year as long as your student remains enrolled in WCA for the full school year.  Don't forget WCA is now offering 4K. If you have any questions be sure to contact the school.

The school will be closed from Monday, March 29 through Friday, April 2 due to spring break.  Normal school hours will resume on Monday, April 5.

This year one of our goals as a staff was to increase positive communications to our students and their families. WCA staff has sent many positive communications to our families!

Together, we can make a difference and open the door to a world of possibilities for all of our students at Wisconsin Connections Academy.

Sincerely,

Michelle Mueller
