National Honor Society News

The Wisconsin Connections Academy chapter of the National Honor Society is once again raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America.  "By collecting donations, LLS is able to find effective cancer therapies that, over the last 50 years, have increased the childhood leukemia survival rate from 3% to 90%."  Additionally, LLS helps support families of people affected by blood cancer.

  • Last year, nearly 27,000 schools raised over $25 million toward finding a cure for blood cancer.
  • You are making a difference! Since 1954, LLS has invested oer $1 billion in blood cancer research.
  • LLS's Mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's diesease, and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Last year we successfully raised over $800. Our school goal this year, is to raise $1500 to help Wisconsin Families coping with Leukemia, Lymphoma or other blood cancers. Please consider helping us out and raising the bar in this year's fundraising effort.
