On the 2nd Friday in January, all public schools in the State of Wisconsin are required to physically count the number of students in attendance on that particular day. The funding a school receives is then based upon the number of students “counted”.
While the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) has given WCA a waiver from seeing each student in-person on that specific day and physically counting them, we do require that electronic attendance is taken AND completed lessons are checked off.
Please make sure to log in first thing on Friday, January 10, 2020 to complete attendance and lessons. Failure to participate may result in your child being withdrawn from WCA.
