Dear Parents/Guardians-
Now that the first semester is finished the staff and I are actively planning for next school year. For students in eighth grade and beyond, Mr. LeMahieu or Mrs. Wierschke is working with students to select their high school classes. Thank you to all who replied to the survey I sent out last week. In the coming weeks, all families will be formally asked about their intent to return. Please reply to these requests promptly. We realize that a lot can happen between now and then, but need as accurate of a count as possible to plan for things such as staffing needs.
The open enrollment window opened on Monday, February 1, 2021. If you know of anyone interested in enrolling their child(ren) for the 2021-22 school year, please make sure that they are aware of the open enrollment process. Don't forget that WCA does have 4-year-old Kindergarten. More information can be found in this newsletter.
First semester report cards were mailed on Friday, January 29. If you have not receive your child’s report card by the early next week, please contact the school.
If you have not done so already, please complete the 2020-2021 Parent Satisfaction Survey. This is your opportunity to let the school and Connections Academy know what is going well or not so well. Emails about the survey were sent out.
