There is no extension period for second semester. June 4 is the last day for WCA students and WCA teachers. Below is a list of deadlines for the submission of all work. Failure to meet the deadline will result in your child not receiving credit.
June 1: All portfolios and assessments (other than final assessments) need to be to school. Please DO NOT mail in the work as there is no guarantee that we will have access to it. (In addition, the prepaid postage envelopes are not mailed first class. It can take up to a week for WCA to receive the envelope.) Instead, upload the work into Connexus.
June 2: Seniors need to have all work including final exams by noon. Seniors can not participate in the graduation ceremony until all work is submitted and graded.
June 3: All final assessments, for all grades, needs to be submitted.

June 4: Half day of school and can be used to pack up your student’s curriculum and materials.
Please note: If you re-ran the scheduler and the dates went beyond the last day of school, you will not have access to those lessons from the planner. You will only be able to access the lessons by using the course tree. Since the work is due for all courses whether or not it is on the student’s planner, learning coaches should also consult the grade book to know exactly what assignments are due. To easily see which courses are going over, click on your student’s name from your homepage. Here you will see the list of courses and the current end date for each course.
