Dear Parent/Guardian:
You may recall that your students in grades K-3 took reading and math screeners in the fall. We will be having another round of screeners that will come up during the week of Jan 11, 2021. Typically, these screeners are completed in-person. While in-person proctoring is still not possible, the teachers will be proctoring the screeners online again, as we did in the fall. Your child will be assigned a date and time that your teachers should have already provided to you. Please note that these screeners are untimed. Your student will need to use the video camera on the computer when taking the assessment. You will need to be available to assist your child in logging into the screener. During the screener, we do ask that you do not assist your child in answering questions (even the most basic question), but do monitor their engagement (assist in keeping the child on task).
